Payment Policy:
Payment for adventure outings is billed monthly and is due prior to first scheduled outing.
Private boarding requires a 50% deposit at time of reservation and balance due
at start of service.
Canine counseling and dog training consultation service charges are due at end of each
session.
Cancellation Policy:
Adventure outings can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to scheduled service at no charge;
the outing is rescheduled and credited to your account. Please call if an emergency
requires you to cancel within a 24 hour period. Account balances are fully refunded if
service is discontinued.
Private, Cage Free Dog Boarding reservations must be canceled seven or more days in
advance to obtain full refund. Cancellations less than seven days before scheduled
service will recieve 50% refund of deposit with balance remaining as credit toward future
reservations.
Canine counseling and dog training consultations can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to
appointment at no charge.
